— This program is for high school students in Minnesota.

— Students can apply directly; a nomination is not required.

— Students attend the summit in delegations of five with one adult chaperone. Each individual student must submit an application.

— This summit takes place March 9-10, 2026 at Willmar Conference Center in Willmar, MN. A hotel block is reserved at the two on-campus hotels and each team is responsible for making their own reservation.

— The registration fee is $250, paid after your application is accepted. Apply by November 21 for a $50 discount!

— A personal statement of 300-500 words is required.

— Adult chaperones attend free and complete a separate form once student groups (delegations) are confirmed.
