America’s Future Summit is a two-day civic leadership accelerator that convenes 250 Minnesota teens for the nation’s 250th birthday. Ideal partners are champions of participatory democracy and the power of youth voices.

The Summit reimagines civic education for a new generation. Rather than simply studying democracy, students will practice it firsthand. Working in teams with adult mentors, they will address three important topics: climate, education, and media and will develop real-world, locally-rooted civic action projects to be part of the solution. Students will emerge as Civic Bridgers — leaders who bridge divides and build a future on hopeful, ambitious, and citizen-led solutions.
